McCain-Palin to speak to Minnesotans during refueling?
That’s sort of what it sounds like. What sort of a weird event is this?Senator John McCain and Governor Sarah Palin will be visiting Minnesota for a campaign rally on Friday. The event will be held at a hangar at the Anoka County - Blaine Airport. (via Minnesota Democrats Exposed)
Is this the McCain campaign’s new strategy to cover more ground? They won’t send Palin off on her own, it seems, because they’re afraid she’ll attract bigger crowds than the presidential candidate himself — which she would. So, to make up for the campaign stops they’re missing, they’re now going to hold events in airport hangars?
Sheesh. I hope they at least get off the plane and wave.
